Title of Dissertation: Computer-Based Mediation and Cognitive Linguistics Inspired Instruction on English Prepositions

Supervisor: Professor Gerald Nelson

My research specializes in computer-based grammar instruction through the lens of Cognitive Linguistics (CL). The dissertation project aims to develop effective CL-informed pedagogical materials for teaching English prepositions, hoping to bring revolutionary changes to traditional language classrooms that will benefit both second language teachers and learners.
